If you ask for contact persons and a lead comes back without one, that lead is charged at the business-lead price.

Duplicates and closed businesses are never charged. A failed search costs nothing.

Questions about pricing.

Are credits refundable?

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused holds are always returned to your balance, and you're never charged for duplicates, closed businesses or failed searches.

What counts as a lead?

One unique business delivered in your search results. Duplicates and closed businesses are filtered out and never charged.

What if fewer leads are found than I asked for?

You pay only for the leads delivered. If you ask for 50 and we find 40, you're charged for 40 and the rest of the hold returns to your balance right away.

What if a lead has no contact person?

It's charged at the business-lead price, even when you asked for contact persons.

Is there a subscription or monthly minimum?

No. There is no subscription and no monthly fee. Buy a credit pack when you need more balance.

Do you verify emails or phone numbers?

No. Business leads include the publicly listed phone number and website; we don't run email or phone verification.

How do I pay?

Through Stripe Checkout, as a one-time payment. Your balance and every hold, charge and return are visible in your dashboard.
